    Here's a policy setting a friend sent me. It works and you don't have
    to uninstall the Q329170 every time you update.

    Workaround:
    Open the Group Policy editor. Go to Computer Configuration/Administrative
    Templates/System/Logon, and find the policy: Maximum retries to unload
    and update user profile. Enable the policy, and set the number of
    retries to 0. The Saving Settings will take less than 1 second, and
    Windows will shut down quickly. This workaround does not get rid of
    the error in the Application Event Viewer.
