    This is not the multihomed server issue. That issue causes the wrong
    page to be displayed when you have multiple web sites on the same ip
    using host headers. We have the cacheRealPath set to true and it still
    occurs. We had this issue before installing MS03-007, we haven't
    tracked down the exact cause yet.
