Blackboard and Slammer

    I've been informed that Blackboard Inc. have just said that Blackboard
    v5.5.1 level 3 can have SQL SP3 applied. Please check with Blackboard
    support to confirm this for your installation.

    Blackboard was one of 6 vendors who I was informed of which were unable
    to patch against Slammer.

    I'm still waiting for confirmation from the other 5. I won't be
    publishing a list of them per se, but as I find out they support a patch
    for Slammer I will tell the list.
