Hi everyone,
There is a temporary workaround for this problem, barring
uninstalling the hotfix. Give ordinary users the write permission to
the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E972-E325
-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
Your VPN connections will immediately work again.
