Hi all,

You could also use the /Q /R:N switches to install this, and any other
"Win32 Cabinet Self-Extractor" Internet Explorer patch.

/Q - don't prompt user for input (no Next button etc)
/R:N - suppress the reboot.

The only patch of this type that I've found that it doesn't work for was a
Media Player 6.4 security patch.

Hello

Just a small piece of information if it's any news to you.

Microsoft recently released the Q316059 MSIE security rollup patch
Running the patch with /Q is supposed to be an unattended installation
for packages But this will still cause the patch to prompt for a reboot
after installation, however if you instead use the /Q:A switch this will
make installation fully unattended.
