Just a small piece of information if it's any news to you.

Microsoft recently released the Q316059 MSIE security rollup patch
Running the patch with /Q is supposed to be an unattended installation for
packages
But this will still cause the patch to prompt for a reboot after installation,
however if you instead use the /Q:A switch this will make installation fully
unattended.
