Don't know if this is a bug, or I need assistance!

In windows 2000 Active Directory I changed the Administrator account to
a different name. All local Administrator accounts have also been
renamed. When I Terminal service into a box I can still use the
Administrator account name or the new name I changed it to as well. Is
this a bug or a feature? I do not want anyone to be able to use the
Administrator account that I renamed with the Administrator logon.
