I've always found shutdown.exe from the NT Resource Kit to be a valuable
tool for remote administration.

Once authenticated to a server (via a net use command), start a DOS window
with a ping -t command to the system you want to reboot to give visibility
into the shutdown (it will stop echoing) and reboot (it will start
echoing), and in another DOS window typing

shutdown \\system_to_kill /R /Y /C

--or--

shutdown \\ip_address_of_system /R /Y /C

Disclaimer: I haven't tried this after doing the W2KSP2SRP1 rollup to
verify I can still authenticate to an NT 2K box...

I hope this helps!
