A number of people have noticed that setting the key described in MS KB
article 307594 doesn't work. The document describes a DWORD value called
"ReadAs Plain". In fact, you need to create a DWORD value called
"ReadAsPlain", note the lack of a space in the value name. Thanks to
"Network Security <security@ussnet.com>" for first alerting me to this.

Secondly, my apologies for putting through a message using only the new
Microsoft KB URL format. Some browsers can't resolve the ASPX articles. I'll
try and remember to include both the new and the old links in future, but in
case you see one from someone else and want to get to the article, use the
following method;

New format:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q307594

Old Format/Translation:
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/support/kb.asp?ID=307594

so just take the KB Q number (not the Q, in the case above that's 307594)
and stick it at the end of this URL;

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/support/kb.asp?ID=
