And the lack of paranoia at the OS level isn't the half of it. At the
application level, things are even worse. Check out the results of
last years testing of some common NT applications at
<http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~bart/fuzz/fuzz.html>. 24% crashed or hung
when presented with random valid mouse and keyboard input, and 96%
crashed or hung when presented with random win32 API inputs.
