    System Scanner Announcement 23rd December 2002

    AFFECTED PRODUCTS or SERVICES:
    System Scanner Service Release 3.10

    DESCRIPTION:
    System Scanner Service Release 3.10 has been temporally removed from the
    ISS Website and customer download center and will be re-posted after the
    Christmas and New Year holiday period.

    SUMMARY:
    Post release QA testing System Scanner Service Release 3.10 revealed a
    minor error in updated console licensing code delivered as part of Service
    Release 3.10. The error meant that some users would not be able to update
    configured agents after applying the Service Release 10 to the System
    Scanner Console. ISS is correcting this minor problem and the Service
    Release will be re-posted to the Download Center and Web Site after the
    Christmas and New Year holiday.
