I've asked for this before. It doesn't exist at the moment.

they are currently making many changes to MSFU so it is the wrong time to
create a PDF from the course at the moment. Also, with Backtrack5 &
Framework 3.7 being released, you may find that even more changes are
required than the project can keep up with.
