Actually, some of them are. Some may be as air headed, but Fox has as its mission to promote a Republican, right wing agenda. Fox makes no secret of it; it's what they do; it's why they exist. I think that's what Valdis had in mind with his comment. It's not exactly disinformation, when you know up front that an organization is lying, but I don't think he was using a strict definition of "disinformation."
