    The fact that the mentioned site is in french makes a point touched in
    earlier discussion on this forum: the security scene is becoming devided
    along lines of languages. This fragmentation will in all probability
    increase with the growing use of IcT in non-english speaking nations. A
    failure to adress this situation will certainly make the net a more insecure
    place to lurk...
