Yes. But I didn't have to 'make install' in these directories.

# cd /usr/src/kerberos5/lib
# make depend && make all
# cd /usr/src/kerberos5/libexec/k5admind
# make depend && make all install
# cd /usr/src/kerberosIV/lib
# make depend && make all
# cd /usr/src/kerberosIV/usr.sbin/kadmind
# make depend && make all install

These steps successfully updated k5admind and kadmind on my 4.7R
systems.
