another natd question

thank you to all who responded to my question earlier.

i have another quesiton about natd. when i startup the machine in the boot
messages i get this:

Starting local daemons: natd: Unable to bind divert socket.: Address already
in use.

I have always gotten this actually, I just haven't been curious enough til
now to ask about it.
