There is a plan to do that since RELENG_4_3 branch was born, but not
yet implemented. Any requests are always welcome, email to the
contact address, buildadm@jp.FreeBSD.org.

FYI, snapshots.jp.FreeBSD.org was in trouble, services are stopped due
to the disk server's failure. I hope it'll back in several hours later.
