Ah yes, if you have old copies of the distfiles in your
/usr/ports/distfiles they'll be used instead of fetching new ones,
since the filename is the same. Remove them and let the port download
fresh ones.

rm /usr/ports/distfiles/bind-src.tar.gz /usr/ports/distfiles/bind-doc.tar.gz
