[fw-wiz] [Administrivia] Email address change

I'm slowly starting to transition most of my communications away from my
old proberts@xxxxxxxxxxx address. Traditionally, I've done moderation
notices for this list from that address and personal post from
paul@xxxxxxxxxxxxx I'm substituting this address for the patriot one,
but will likely continue to use the compuwar one for personal stuff.
Not a major change, but just in case some folks are filtering.

As usual, I'm behind on rejection notices, but caught up on postings.
Expect this trend to continue, as I hate writing rejections.
