Kevin and all,

How about this one? List all risks of following whatever approach of
making Skype work [e.g. remove the firewall, open ports, etc] and
have them sign on it? This is insipred by the Sox idea above.

So, you'd have smth like:

To make Skype work we need to do
1. disconnect...
2. turn off ...
3. insecure ...

It will cause
1. mayhem..
2. hacking...
3. theft...

Please confirm (y/n)?

You're gonna need a few bucks for incident response regardless. :-P
