[fw-wiz] Gmail replies

If you're replying to messages from the list via gmail, _please_ force the
"plain text" option, otherwise gmail automatically quotes replies in HTML,
and your message will get bounced back to you requesting a resend.

I don't see a way to permanently turn off rich text formatting, but some
postings indicate this may be possible- if someone figures that out please
post instructions.
