    This is a Nokia IP130 running IPSO, yes? Connect to the console, and power
    cycle the device. When you see "Verifying DPMI Pool Data", press the number
    1. Then hit any key when it prompts for command mode, then type "boot -s"
    (minus quotes) for single user mode, and hit Enter. Then run /etc/overpw
    and reboot. After it reboots, you can go into Voyager and set the password
    you want.
