    Why would it cause the result you suspect, namely reconsidering the
    decision to use a windows OS as the core? It has not done so for any
    other major windows OS using entity? More likely it will be a quick fix
    what cause the immediate issue and go back to 'normal', as is the norm
    elsewhere...
