    Sam Stern is going to assist me in moderating the list going forward. Sam
    will act as something of a safety net, taking care of things if I'm
    unavailable. We've agreed that I'll continue doing the day-to-day
    moderation activities. As usual, I'll continue to do list administrative
    postings from my proberts@patriot.net account, and list participation from
    paul@compuwar.net.

    TruSecure owns both the list and the trademark to the list. As of
    November 1st, I'm no longer employed by the company, so Sam will be able
    to represent the company should that become necessary. Sam's not new to
    the list, though he's mostly lurked, he's done so for several years.

    I don't expect much to change at this point from the list's perspective.
