As far as vulnerabilities go: If you're using an operating system and
mail client configuration that is overly susceptible to email-borne
virus', is widely targeted by spammers and virus/worm/trojan-writers
that work for them (or not), you have no border or local protections
against them, and you or any users on your network are careless: Yes,
you are vulnerable and will almost certainly become a "victim," and
subsequently part of the problem, at some point.
