[fw-wiz] Firewall impact of LogMeIn ( akin to GoToMyPC)?

Has anybody documented the firewall impact (load, security, etc) from LogMeIn (3am Labs)?
LogMeIn is a "free" remote control app like GoToMyPC, but unlike the latter, does not appear to offer a mechanism for network owners to opt-out entire subnets.
Also, their site does not offer a single hostname which can be blocked (e.g. DNS override) to disable the service from an intranet.
