    I missed one!! An important one - lucky:
            13) Don't waste your time educating your users
                    a) it just costs money and annoys the user
                    b) design your system so it's hard to screw up
                            even if a user TRIES to screw up (and
                            make sure you'll detect it when they do)
                            and then you can save all that money
                            on user education and buy a cool
                            $100,000 doo-dad instead!
