    The sad reality is that management feels far more comfortable with a commercial
    solution. They would rather pay through the nose, and have inferior products simply
    because of a service contract. Some of them are starting to get educated though.

    Yes. If beating your head against the wall doesn't work, beating it
    harder (or at least, eternally) might be effective. You never know 'till
