You could try looking at the front of the hub and see if the widdle lights are flashing?
Seriously - it's hard for me to restrain my natural tendancy to sarcasm when you don't give us any indication that you've done even basic troubleshooting
Try with tcpdump, make sure you have the privs to put the interface into promiscuous mode. Try the same thing with the linux box and hub inside the Linksys. Verify that you can sniff your own and broadcast traffic before worrying about other stuff. And I'm not altogether kidding about the widdle lights - verify your layer 2 connectivity if you are stumped.
