And offer any or all of the staff that that might "get in
the way" (Security Guards, IDS monitoring people, etc.) a
cut[1] of the profit and all your security measures (and
jewels) are out the door. Don't forget the social
engineering aspect of security. Technology can't and won't
do it all...

[1] Well, a cut that is significant enough to keep them
quiet, but not so much that you don't make any money, either.
