I keep a good amount of IPv6 links at www.itprc.com/tcp_ip.htm
As far as books, I'd recommend "Implementing IPv6" By Mark
Miller, and "IPv6" (2nd edition) by Christian Huitema of Microsoft.
I saw Christian speak on IPv6 at our Catalyst Conference a few weeks ago in San Francisco, he laid out an incredibly compelling case for the deployment of IPv6 without once talking about address depletion. Essentially he noted that use of IPv6 would allow for a restoration of true end-to-end computing instead of requiring complex gateways, proxies, and NAT devices. Microsoft is making a major effort to move to IPv6 (their new "three degrees" collaboration tool is a native IPv6 application. It will be interesting to see the security/firewall issues of moving to an any-to-any model over the next few years.
