I'm not terribly familiar with Kazaa, but you can use 'fixup protocol http 80' to enable the PIX's application proxy over port 80. Why would this be any less effective than another application proxy? Does Kazaa tunnel HTTP (via CONNECT?) over TCP/80? I couldn't find anything at kazaa.com that describes how the software connects over port 80.
