Absolutely agreed. The only downside is when we reach over 10 users, then
we have to upgrade the license and now we're roughly double the price.. At
that point we're into the price of a loaded 2621 used...:)

I definitely hear that. FWIW, the 501's are pretty cheap compared to what I
was used to seeing for PIXen (seen them for as low as $400, but they tend to
be in the $450 range). Regardless, I feel your pain <g>
