I have to disagree, the documentation level of some OSS projects are
way better than their commercial alternatives. Albeit minus the pretty
screen snapshots and such eye candy.
I can name a couple of firewalls / email content gateways and such
which come to mind, but since I used to be closely related to the
some of the offenders, I'll refrain :)
