UPNP, Netbios, and IIS weren't dangerous either until defects
were discovered or until someone didn't set a strong
password on their Administrator account or shared a folder
they shouldn't.

Then let the admins who want it enable it on computers and networks
they manage and leave them disabled for the consumer and admins
who don't want to or can't manage it.
